She is the opposite of an expert and a supporter of human rights. The truth is she is a overt supporter of Hamas terrorism, which she justifies and legitimizes every day. And she has openly incited anti Semitism. This is someone who said in 2014 in a published letter that America is subjugated by the Jewish lobby. She regularly accuses Israel of carrying out a holocaust and uses pictures of Hitler to compare Israel's leaders with. So it's not surprising she's been condemned by four democracies, Germany, France, Canada, the United States for anti Semitism. So it's very sad, to be honest, that the Dutch government, the Netherlands, an important country in combating antisemitism and racism in history, would be inviting to their parliament someone who's been condemned this past year by four fellow democracies for anti Semitism.
[00:06:06] Speaker A: Yeah. Still, you could say that the United nations is an important organization, that a special rapporteur for the Palestinian territories is somebody just should be heard In Parliament.
[00:06:20] Speaker C: Right. Well, the truth is that not only is she not someone who should be invited to Parliament, but actually the Netherlands has failed in its duty to fire her. So she is not an important person. She was given this job because the PLO wanted her. And someone who breaches the UN's own code of conduct. The UN has. It's a very large organization and there are political machinations that get certain individuals appointed who sometimes can be supporters of terrorism. And the problem is with this position is that she kind of has impunity. There is no procedure to technically to fire her. But the ones who should be holding her to account are members of the Human Rights Council. The Netherlands joined in consensus on April 1, 2022 to appoint her. They never should have done so. We submitted detailed information in advance of her appointment. So it's true she has a UN position, but again, she is a wolf in sheep's clothing. She's been. If France and Germany could condemn her for racism as long with Canada and the United States. It's never happened before with any other UN rapporteur. The UN title shouldn't be an excuse. Let's remember Gaddafi's Libya, a murderous regime committing atrocities, was the chair of the Human rights commission in 2003. Let's remember that Iran and Syria and North Korea were the chair of disarmament here in Geneva. Would we say in the Netherlands, we must invite the leaders of Iran, Syria, North Korea to discuss disarmament because they're the UN president of the Disarmament Commission? No, that would be absurd. So the fact that someone has a UN title does not grant them impunity. Basic morality, basic logic, basic decency needs to govern. Even if someone has a supposed UN title.
[00:08:23] Speaker A: Yeah. If you could summarize, what is the mandate that she has from the un? What is the position that she has there?
[00:08:31] Speaker C: Well, she has a very particular mandate, even though the title that appears in the Dutch Parliament's invitation, and I'm glad to indicate, by the way, to inform the your viewers that tomorrow on.
On Tuesday afternoon at 5pm, the Dutch parliament Foreign Affairs Committee will reconvene to reconsider their invitation to her. And I hope that the members vote against her invitation and cancel it. But her mandate, according to the title that's written on the Dutch Parliament website, is to monitor the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territories. The truth is that if you read the actual language of her mandate, not her title, but the actual instruction adopted in February 1993 and unchanged in 32 years, her mandate is and I quote, to investigate Israel's violations of the bases and principles of international law in the territories. So it's not about investigating human rights, it's only to investigate Israel. And Israel's actions are presumed in advance to be violations. So that means she is not investigating human rights atrocities committed by Hamas, who just released three hostages who look like Holocaust survivors. As President Trump rightly said, completely gaunt were starved. She will not investigate that. She will not say anything about Hamas, the Jihad, Palestinian Authority, only Israel presumed guilty in advance.

By inviting Francesca Albanese, she is someone who has devoted the past 10 years of her life to using the memory of the Holocaust as a weapon with which to beat living Jews regularly. Every day justifies Hamas terrorism as legitimate resistance.
Openly says that the Jews are controlling America. The Dutch parliament should exercise its responsibilities, rescind the invitation and more. So it's not enough.
